Life’s Journey
Dear friends and clients for a high quality culture,
More than a year ago I stood in the garden of my former house and it occured to me that my time in this villiage is coming to an end. I felt that something new would come and that this new thing would have greater dimentions as those I had lived and worked on before. I was ready and excited for this change because for me, life means development, change, and growth. All this I had missed in some time in the place that I had lived and worked. A private and career change was neccessary for my life to move on. Coincidentally my daughter discovered a new home online: Schloss Rudolfshausen in Holzhausen between Landsberg am Lech and Buchloe. The idea of an over 400 year old small castle with almost 500 square meters to live , work, and display an exhibit for the Peace Banner interested me very much. Already by the first visit, my heart jumped and moving in was only a matter of a short time.
Since the first of November I have been living with my daughter in Schloss Rudolfshausen. After a short time of feeling uprooted, I began slowly to grow new roots here. I enjoy the new generous and high quality living and working environment, the rooms with double doors and stuccoed ceilings, the old creaking wood floors and stairs, the sun which beams into the large bright rooms, the large garden which leaves room for creativity and relaxation. I have never felt so comfortable as I do now. Life in a caslte, also when it is a small castle, relates to my nature and gives me a feeling that I am in the right place and in my element.
Life is like a long journey. How long this journey becomes, how long it lasts, where it leads us, what it brings us, lies hidden until the right time comes and when we are ready to open up to new things. If we are open in the right time and take on the neccessary changes and challenges, we can delvelop wonderfully and experience whole growth.
The search for our true selves, for our greatest personal development and open possibility, for happiness, leads us inevitably to the situations, places, and people which bring us further on our great journey. Let us be open for our great journey and everything that comes along. Let us follow our inner impluses which signal to us when changes in our journey arise and which kind they will be because every stage thereafter will bring our personal life’s goal a little bit closer.
I love to travel and I am open for everything that comes my way! Are you? You can write me and describe to me your personal life’s journey.
I wish you courage, strength and joy for your personal journey.

Loving and Respecting Life!
Dear friends, clients and companions for a whole, healthy life,
through my wonderful changes and developments in the past two years I have learned to love my life, to respect it, treasure it, to care and nurture it, to be excited because I see it as a big, wonderful present from God or the great creator. God or the great creator brought me to life. It is a breath within me, and his life's essence which fills me. I feel a deep honor for life and great thankfulness towards God. I feel Him closer to me as ever before. Life is so precious for me and all life in the world.
We cannot say "we love God or the great creator," if we do not both love our life and use it usefully on a daily basis. To love life, to respect, treasure and care for it is our most important purpose.
Whoever does not love his life, and views it as a burden, consciously hates it, is very far from God or the great creator.
Our physical body is an expression of life on the material level. Our soul is an expression of our life on the invisible level. Our spirit is an expressioin of life on the spiritual level. All three bodies are to love, respect, treasure and care. The goal is health on all levels.
Whoever loves his live and finds himself on a wholly healthy condition, is closer to God as one who is disrespectful to himself and his body but however carries a spiritual, christian, or other religious facade.
On the material level the body should be released of poisons, parasites, and blockages and kept clean, connected with a healthy, biological, energetic, and vitamin rich diet as well as regular exercise, and regeneration.
In this way the body stays healthy in the long run, fit and vital. The life energy pulsing within shows on the outside. One is timelessly young, beaming, and loves to move, as well as full of joy of life. Then one has no fear from aging or a need for his destructive practices, can stay healthy and fit all the way through old age and until the last breath of life. Everyone can become a centenarian or even a super centenarian when one is ready to live a life which brings that.
Do you want to become a super centenarian? Then please write me! We can create a "Club for Centenarians" and together exchange ideas, support each other and at the same time enrichen our lives.
Let us have life, love, and joy of life together!
From my heart,
Helene Walterskirchen

My 3 Fs: Fun, Fitness, Fruit
Dear Friends, Acquantances and Clients,
Everything is food, can affect us positively, makes us stronger, gives us comfort and maintains our health.
My most important food is fun. Enjoyment in what I do and what I accomplish. Enjoyment of my life and my being. Joy is my life-elixer, the food for my soul.
Fitness is just as important to me. I love to move: hop, swing, dance, and run along to upbeat music. I love to feel my muscles, my strength, and my fluidity and to experience my circulation being put into momentum. Fitness is my motor. It's the drive for my life-dynamic.
The fuel for my joy of life and accomplishment and my dynamic is the food that I take in daily. Fruit and vegetables as well as fresh greens are at the top of my list. The more I eat of them, the more vital, fresh, awake, happier and balanced I am. I drink one or two big glasses of freshly squeezed orange-grapefruit juice (mmm, delicious!), spoonfuls of heavenly tasting Maracujas, followed by a delicious sweet mango or papaya. After that, I finish everything off with some fresh cellery and a handfull of wonderful wild herbs. Nowadays I have a sweet spot for ramson ... mother nature gives it to me on walks.
What are your favorite enjoyments, fitness routines and fruits? Are they also an important part of your lives? Write me! I am looking forward to your replies.
Sincerely,
Your Helene Walterskirchen
