Excerpt:

As early as ten years ago, in my late forties, I explored the concept and
ramifications of aging and wrote a book about this topic titled „Lebensfreude kennt
kein Alter“ (Enjoy life - no matter your age). In that book I showed readers that the
aging process is not a dramatic event but a phase in life that can be influenced in
a positive way. Despite my positive attitude towards aging and while approaching
60 myself, I suffered from the usual aches and pains of old age, such as circulatory
disorders, decreasing flexibility, fat pads around my belly and hips, diminishing
strength, depression, etc. Today these discomforts have almost completely
disappeared since I made some radical lifestyle changes about two years ago.
Since then I have come to an entirely new life, feeling completely healthy, youthful
and full of energy. No anti-aging doctors, cosmetic surgeons or beauticians were
involved in this process. People in my personal environment have been speaking of
a miracle: „You have to write this information down into a book and juxtapose
before and after pictures of yourself, so that readers can see the results with their
own eyes! You will be able to help so many people with this!“ [...]

Can afflictions of old age go away? Yes, they can!
Can you extend your natural life span? Yes, you can!
Can you enter a state of timeless youthfulness? Yes, you can!
Can you regain your zest for life? Yes, you can!
Can you reactivate your natural vitality? Yes, you can!

Everyone has been looking for the fountain of youth. I found it for myself. It is not an artificial fountain, which you would reach via plastic surgery - all show and no substance, but a natural fountain that one can reach via natural and holistic means - “all substance”. With this work I would like to inspire and motivate you, dear reader, to not undergo the so called aging process passively and unconsciously but to rather take active and deliberate control of it. Every person, including you, has the ability to step out of the downward spiral of aging and reawaken their spirits. Timeless youthfulness and an unlimited vitality are not a myth, but can be achieved by anyone. All it takes is a couple of basic steps and lifestyle changes [….]

Excerpt from the chapter: „What is aging?“

Every human body is an amazing living “body machine”, created by “Mother Earth”
in the divine archetypal image of a terrestrial human. When he was created the
prehistoric human also received his primary instinct, which allowed him to live
naturally and according to the universal principles of life so that he would keep is
body, mind and soul healthy.
The ancient humans would live in perfect harmony with nature and regard themselves
as part of nature. They were at one with their “terrestrial identity” (their physical
body, mental body, emotional body, etc.) and their „heavenly identity“ (their spiritual
body, astral body, etc. They lived in a pure, healthy and balanced environment and
were able to perceive the Dao through it, the “Universal Law”, “God”, or whatever
they would call this all pervading essence of life. They had equal respect for the
power of this universal force, for nature and for all other life forms. Their attitude and
the fact that that they were living in accordance with nature is what kept humans
healthy in those days. [...]
Things are looking different today: Most people on earth no longer live in harmony
with nature. Many children who grow up in cities have never seen real cows on a
meadow or real deer in the forest. People no longer respect nature: They simply
throw all their garbage and toxic waste (e. g. plastic, batteries, cans, etc.) into the
trash bin or even into the beautiful landscape. Their disrespect for nature is coupled
with a disrespect for the creator, because many people no longer believe in “God”
and consider themselves atheists.
In comparison to prehistoric men modern human beings act unnatural and factitious.
They can be compared to indoor plants, which originate from natural wild plants,
but no longer have any connection to nature and would probably die if they were
released into the wild.
Today’s factitious people are over-civilised, over-cultivated and degenerated.
They often act totally unnatural. Just imagine a party of celebrities or royals, where
everyone shows off their acquired charm, intellectual pretence, pettiness and
artificial politeness to demonstrate their superior ancestry. To them nature is to be
shaped by human hand and according to the rules of garden design like, for
example, a castle park.
However, this is not nature in its original state but a corrupted version of it. This can
be compared to straightening a river that used to flow in curves. Afterwards, it will
still be a river. However, not a natural, but an artificial one. [...]
I am convinced that prehistoric people, who lived in harmony with nature and “God”
were totally healthy. Whether they aged, too, I cannot tell. Yet, it is safe to assume
that they did not age as quickly as modern people whose bodies suffer heavily from
their unhealthy diets and unnatural lifestyles. Take the human blood circulation for
instance: In a small child everything flows nice and smoothly. Soon, a young adult
already shows the first symptoms of circulatory disorders, such as cold or numb
hands, dizziness, nausea, etc. after having eaten thousands of pizzas, roast beef,
potato dumplings, french fries, pies, pasta etc. during the last 30 years of his life.
Lastly, an old person who has been eating his unhealthy and fatty favourite dishes
for over 50 to 60 years may have his veins clogged with depositions and deal with
serious circulatory problems, which will sooner or later lead to a heart attack.
What if the above person had lived and fed in harmony with nature from day one?
I am sure things would have worked out differently for him or her! So I wondered: [...]
